Job Description Job Description: Location: Camp Smith, HI Clearance Needed: TS/SCI Are you ready to put your operational targeting expertise to work on complex projects in support of an exciting mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff sections to self-task and guide J3 activities to combat drug-related transnational crime. Specific Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and synchronize strategic operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) across the PACOM AORWork closely with J2/J3 cross-functional teams to integrate operational guidance into intelligence activities, find and coordinate opportunities, and execute effectsIncorporate best practices and follow Joint Publication (JP) standards and processes; collaborate with law enforcement partners and PACOM counterparts as requiredSupport assessment and evaluation; assist in the development and tracking of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)Capture lessons learned, analyze deficiencies and connect findings to learning events to improve operational outcomes, etc.Support development of planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled workflow toolsPrepare agendas and read-aheads to support planning events, capture decisions, and assign and track actions as requiredPrepare and deliver briefings to leadership, operational customers, and partner organizations as required Required Education/Experience Demonstrable experience targeting utilizing multiple intelligence disciplinesWorking knowledge of targeting methodology and policyEffective organizational, planning, and time management skillsAbility to work independently while responding promptly to requests for informationAdaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizationsHighly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases (e.g Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) and Maven Smart System (MSS)Valid US PassportActive DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility Preferred Experience Experience supporting PACOM / CCMD operational directoratesPrevious experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
