About the role

This role is responsible for connecting clients with the breadth of solutions that the bank offers to help achieve financial goals. You will balance service requests and sales opportunities, provide subject matter expertise on financial solutions, ask clients probing questions to understand their life and financial goals, and pair new solutions and services to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to build and deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions.
- Sell and fulfill banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Identify client needs for licensed sales functions, making referrals to Line of Business partners.
- Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
- Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging available tools.

- Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Desired: Experience in the banking/financial industry.
- Desired: Experience working in a call center.
- Desired: Experience in telephone sales.

Schedule
Training starts Monday, October 5, 2026, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. This is a 1st shift role with 40 hours per week.
