Target Analyst Reporter / TAR (2026-0175)

We are actively recruiting for a Target Analyst Reporter / TAR w/ TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Defense and Homeland Security Division, based in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Job duties
- Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements.
- Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel.
- Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
- Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
- Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
- Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable.
- Perform pre-release quality control functions.
Required skills
- Experience within DOD in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports.
- Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
- Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
- Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
- Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
- Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tear lines, post-publication actions, RFIs, etc.
- Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates the incorporation of independent research to enhance reporting.
Qualifications
- 9 years of relevant experience, or an AA Degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a BA Degree with 5 years of experience.
Pay
The pay range for this position is: $145,000 - $155,000
