Target Analyst Reporter- Levels 1 - 3 with Security Clearance

About the role

Hoplite Solutions is seeking a motivated Target Analyst Reporter of all levels to prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions. All current openings are in Maryland and Utah.

Responsibilities

Capabilities

• Ability to research, analyze, and report intelligence
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection
• Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Level 1

• 2 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 4 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 6 years' applicable experience without a degree

Level 2

• 2 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
• 3 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
• 5 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 7 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 9 years' applicable experience without a degree

Level 3

• 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
• 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
• 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
• 10 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
• 12 years' applicable experience without a degree
