Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home renovation or construction preferred
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and materials
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
