Tanning Consultant - Sea Girt

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Evaluate skin types and recommend suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines.
• Explain the tanning process clearly, answer questions, and ensure clients feel comfortable and informed.
• Keep tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Recommend and sell lotions and retail products based on client needs.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history.
• Open and close the salon according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and passionate about the tanning and beauty industry.
• High school graduates (or equivalent).
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing.
• Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred).
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and being on their feet for extended periods.
• Experience: Sales - 1 year, Customer Service - 1 year.
