Tanning Consultant - East Brunswick

We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Tanning Consultants. In this position, you’ll represent our brand, guide clients through their tanning options, and support them in achieving their ideal glow. We are looking for individuals committed to long-term success and growth within our organization, rather than a seasonal role. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Evaluate skin types and recommend the most suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines
• Explain the tanning process clearly, answer questions, and ensure clients feel comfortable and informed
• Keep tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Recommend and sell lotions and retail products based on client needs
• Consistently meet or surpass sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Maintain accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history
• Open and close the salon according to company standards
• Complete daily inventory reports

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and passionate about the tanning and beauty industry
• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• At least 18 years old
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred)
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable standing, bending, and being on their feet for extended periods

Experience: Sales: 1 year (preferred), Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
