About the role
To package and transport Shaw Chem Products to various locations safely. This position will be located at Plant 4C in Dalton, GA.
Responsibilities
- Work in Safe Manner and follow all Corporate Policies.
- Shipping/Receiving Load and Unload Trucks via Lift Truck
- Inspect Shipments for quantity and packaging integrity.
- Transport finished products to the appropriate facility per order.
- Manage related paperwork (shipping/receiving).
- Complete appropriate checklist forms required.
- Load and Unload Bulk Tankers.
- Inspect tanks and hoses for leaks or ruptures.
- Collect and label retain samples and submit to QC personnel for Quality Control.
Requirements
- Hazmat endorsement required.
- Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Maintain Hazmat and tanker endorsement.
- Pass TSA Background Check.
- Maintain a Valid Lift Truck License
