Tank Washer - Various Shifts

About the role

Tank Washers clean, dry, and deodorize tank trailers using high-pressure steam, water, chemicals, and detergents. No experience is necessary; training will be provided. We offer a starting hourly rate of $18 to $20, with various shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Perform wash water segregation duties
• Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Manage chemical usage and waste
• Open and close valves
• Couple tanks and drive tractors
• Lift, pull, push, and carry hoses
• Conduct measurements and complete paperwork
• Prepare trailers for deliveries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to clear and enter confined spaces
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift over 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Essential functions include performing wash water segregation duties, complying with company safety, environmental, and operational procedures, managing chemical usage and waste, opening and closing valves, coupling tanks and driving tractors, lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying hoses, conducting measurements, and completing paperwork.

Skills

Must have the ability to clear and enter confined spaces, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 50 lbs.
