This posting will be used to fill multiple field supervision roles on project sites; candidates are expected to travel to various project sites as needed throughout the year (Florida, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”

- Performs system verification on completed systems to assure correct installation per design specifications.
- Reviews NDE reports at jobs to ensure that all code and customer requirements have been met.
- Assists in planning work schedule, determining personnel needed, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
- Supervises craft workers assigned to area of responsibility, provides liaison between field engineering and crafts to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
- Monitors work performance and productivity of crafts to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are maintained.
- Advises senior level superintendents and/or project management of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties; assists in resolving such problems, as required.
- Ensures all company, department, and technical policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to. Interprets policies, as required.
- Performs additional responsibilities, as directed.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent understanding of Aboveground Storage Tanks — focus on Tank Maintenance and Repair experience is required.
- Experience running a crew is required.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and/or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of API standards, preferred.
- Ability to travel to multiple project sites in different states throughout the year is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
