Talent Team Coordinator, Administrative Advanced
About the role
The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) is an HR administrative professional who partners with Talent Consultants (TCs) to coordinate various HR related tasks as part of the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging technology, facilitating communication, and coordinating the administration of multiple HR processes.
- Interfacing with employees and handle initial employee inquiries and/or responses.
- Escalate issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT.
- Processing and inputting transactions into SuccessFactors.
- Cooking and inputting transactions into SuccessFactors.
- Coordinating the administration of HR processes such as, but not limited to, performance management, the promotion process, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc.
- Providing reports and gathering data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned, sharing information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested.
- Assisting in communication flow to and from clients and to other HR team members as appropriate.
- Handling special projects as assigned.

- Ability to perform job responsibilities independently. However, the TTC should consult with the supervisor when activities are outside the normal scope of responsibilities.
- Willingness to act as an advisor to peers and new team members.

Pay & Benefits
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $45,300 to $82,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $54,300 to $93,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
