Talent Systems Engineer
About the Company
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. We're on a mission to transform an $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create.
We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels. Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.
About the Role
Agentio is an intelligence company. Our product is built on a compounding data moat—every campaign makes our models smarter, which drives better outcomes for brands and creators. Our talent function should work exactly the same way. We need someone to design and own the intelligence layer—the systems, automations, and agent orchestration that power every strategic talent decision we make, giving our recruiters back the time to do what they do best: build relationships and close exceptional people.
Every hire should make the next hire smarter. That is the compounding moat we are after, and this role is how we build it. This role is a natural fit for someone with an interest in product or ops. The work itself is genuine systems and infrastructure building, and the skills compound in that direction.
Responsibilities
- Build the intelligence engine that powers strategic talent decisions—identifying which candidates we should pursue, what we know about them, and how to prioritize our energy before contact.
- Create an orchestration layer that automates repeatable tasks and surfaces what’s important, so recruiters spend time on relationships, not admin.
- Develop AI agents that map, identify, and surface exceptional candidates before we know we need them, coordinated across the full talent lifecycle.
- Connect our talent stack so signal compounds across tools rather than sitting in silos.
- Build a warm intro engine—mapping Agentio’s network against target candidates to make it frictionless for founders, investors, and teammates to open doors.
- Design pipeline analytics and dashboards for real visibility into what’s working at every funnel stage.
- Implement feedback loops that connect post-hire performance data back into sourcing criteria, so the system gets smarter over time.
Requirements
- A genuine builder mentality—proven ability to ship systems or automations adopted by others. We’ll ask for specifics.
- Instinct to fix manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Data literacy—ability to pull reports, build dashboards, think in funnels, and interpret metrics.
- Fast learner with strong opinions about tools and their value.
- Energized by applying systems thinking to talent acquisition.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by building what doesn’t yet exist.
- 2+ years of experience in ops, GTM, RevOps, recruiting, or a similar role (what matters more is what you’ve shipped).
Skills
Experience with tools like Gem, Ashby, Clay, or Metaview is a plus, but not required. We prioritize the ability to develop opinions about what to build on, what to walk away from, and what to build ourselves.
