Responsibilities

  • Follow safe work practices and adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
  • Review and screen contractor workers submitted by agencies.
  • Partner with hiring managers on their contract worker hiring needs.
  • Communicate offers to agencies for selected contract workers and ensure correct markup rates are submitted.
  • Work closely with agencies to ensure they meet role requirements.
  • Oversee contract worker onboarding with agencies and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers and agencies.
  • Maintain an accurate and current applicant database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as required by E2 Optics.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies (a plus).
  • Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial, or manufacturing environment (preferred).

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level is usually moderate. This role requires:

  • Sitting, use of hands and arms, and verbal communication.
  • Occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling.
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Regularly carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required.
  • Working in tight and confined spaces.
