About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex agricultural challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on fertilizer management and soil health practices
- Conduct field visits to assess soil conditions and provide recommendations for optimal fertilizer usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement sustainable farming practices
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in agriculture
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural consulting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Qualifications
- Knowledge of soil testing and analysis techniques
- Experience with precision agriculture tools and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
