About the role

Responsibilities

• Leading a room in praise
• Mixing a broadcast feed
• Sets lighting cues
• Planning worship sets with intentionality and prayer
• Technical knowledge in live sound engineering (Front of House (FOH) and broadcast)
• Experience with digital audio consoles (e.g. Allen & Heath, Behringer, etc.)
• Understanding of signal flow, patching, and mic/instrument setup
• Proficiency in lighting programming and scene creation
• Experience with ProPresenter, Ableton, and multitrack playback
• Ability to lead or serve in planning, scheduling, and team communication
• Creative eye for production, stage design, and atmosphere
• Flexibility, humility, and a “team-first” mindset

Requirements

• Musical skill as a vocalist or instrumentalist (acoustic, electric, bass, drums, keys)
• Confidence in leading worship both spiritually and practically
• Strong sense of musicality, set flow, and dynamics
• Heart for disciplining and pastoring worship teams

Qualifications
