About the role

This isn't a typical classroom ministry—we care deeply about wonder, movement, fun, and story. We're not just looking for someone to keep things running—we're looking for leaders who want to build a kingdom culture from the ground up, shape the next generation, and be part of what God is doing in a rapidly growing and vibrant church family.

Responsibilities

• A deep passion for discipling kids and seeing them encounter Jesus
• Creative thinking that brings fresh energy to how we engage families
• Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale kids ministries
• Ability to build and multiply strong volunteer teams
• Experience developing leadership pipelines and equipping others
• Strength in branding, storytelling, or visual communication
• High-energy leadership that keeps environments fun, focused, and faith-filled
• Strong communicator—in person and through digital platforms
• Skilled in planning and executing large-scale ministry events
• A heart for creating safe, secure spaces where kids can thrive
• Ministry or education background (formal training or real-world experience)
• An understanding of how to translate big vision into everyday action
