Talent Pool for Adjunct Faculty– Psychology (In-Person only)

Position Overview

NHTI Concords Community College is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach Psychology courses. The program aims to equip students with critical thinking skills, research-based knowledge, and real-world applications for careers in mental health, social services, education, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: 60 Credit hour Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
• Experience: Prior teaching experience and familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS) preferred.
• Residency: Must reside in NH

Position Responsibilities

• Course Delivery: Provide instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
• Student Engagement: Foster active learning through discussions, assignments, and assessments.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Professional Development: Stay current in your profession and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.
