Overview
The Nursing Department at NHTI Concords Community College is building a talent pool of qualified adjunct faculty to fulfill future instructional needs in nursing and other allied health fields. This is an exciting opportunity to educate and mentor future healthcare professionals, equipping them with the critical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in patient care and clinical settings.
Position Responsibilities
- Course Delivery: Provide instruction and supervision using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
- Student Engagement: Foster active learning through assignments, discussions, and assessments.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Professional Development: Stay current in your field and adhere to institutional and clinical site policies and guidelines.
