About the Role

The Talent Partner is a vital part of our Global Learning & Development team, focusing on facilitation and program management of a wide range of Talent and L&D programs across Business Units and Shared Services. This role reports to the Business Unit / Shared Services Talent Leader and involves working with colleagues from the People and Culture (P&C) Team and business stakeholders to design, facilitate, and manage induction, orientation, talent, and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Business Unit / Shared Services-specific learning initiatives.
  • Support country-specific, local law-driven programs, including compliance, statutory, and regulatory learning requirements, as well as culture and change management learning needs.
  • Facilitate and manage learning initiatives as appropriate.
  • Extend support in running other Talent initiatives (Colleague Engagement, D&B, Change Management, etc.).
  • Partner with P&C business partners to gauge learning needs, create, and execute learning plans for the Business Unit / Shared Services.
  • Develop and leverage tools, processes, data, analytics, and dashboards to report on, support, and inform Learning and Development practices, programs, and offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for all learning, development, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Business Unit / Shared Services learning leader to deploy learning solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, global L&D programs, content curation, instructional design, and vendor partner management as required.
  • Identify innovative, engaging, and cost-effective methods to learn and develop talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development or the Talent space.
  • Passion for helping people learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen and ability to build winning partnerships with senior leaders, P&C business partners, P&C services, internal trainers, and external vendors.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in program management, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to everyday tasks and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to work with different cultures.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
