About the Opportunity:The TALENT PARTNER, G&A is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for general and administrative functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People teams. This role plays a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and partnering with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies. The position contributes to scaling a high-growth tech company by enhancing recruitment processes and fostering diverse talent pipelines. Responsibilities:Manage full lifecycle recruitment for G&A rolesEnsure candidates have a positive recruiting experienceCollaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategiesProvide talent market and industry insights to inform decisionsMaintain recruitment data and progress tracking in the ATSProactively source candidates to optimize the recruitment funnelBuild relationships with diverse technical and talent communitiesLead and own additional talent-related projectsRepresent the Talent Acquisition team at industry events and organize networking opportunities Requirements:3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A roles within high-growth teams, startup experience is advantageousStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity and changeEffective cross-functional influencerData-driven recruiter with a passion for diversity and equitable hiring practicesExperience leveraging AI tools to automate recruiting workflows Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
