We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Position Summary" and "Key Responsibilities", "Qualifications". Also maybe "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" not present. So we should not include those sections. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove the note about visa sponsorship? That's a requirement? It's a note about employment visa sponsorship; it's not boilerplate? It's a requirement: "Please note that ParetoHealth does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now or in the future." That's a requirement; we should keep it. Also the note about communication from recruiters etc is scam warning; remove. The EEO statement is boilerplate; remove. California Applicants disclosure maybe also boilerplate; remove. Also the "We are guided by our values:" list maybe part of About ParetoHealth? Actually that appears after Qualifications? It's a list of values; we could include as a section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Values could be considered part of About the company? But we already have About ParetoHealth at top; we could incorporate that as a paragraph. The values list could be a

. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include a section "About ParetoHealth" maybe as

      About ParetoHealth

with paragraph. But the instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. It didn't forbid About ParetoHealth heading. However the initial text includes "About ParetoHealth" as a heading; we could keep that as a section. But the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not limited to those. So we can use About ParetoHealth as heading. However we need to preserve all substantive information. The "About ParetoHealth" paragraph is substantive. So include that. We also have "Position Summary" which could be a section heading maybe "Position Summary". But the examples include "About the role". Could use "Position Summary" as heading. Or we could combine with About the role. I'd use "Position Summary". Then "Key Responsibilities" as heading. Then "Qualifications". Then maybe "Values" as heading? Could incorporate into About ParetoHealth. We need to use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
          . Qualifications list also
            . Values list also
              . We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, scam warning, California disclosure, visa sponsorship note? Actually visa sponsorship note is a requirement; keep it. But it's a sentence; we can put in

. We must remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "We are guided by our values:" then list; also later values repeated? Actually after Qualifications there is "We are guided by our values:" then list of four values with descriptions. That's the only occurrence. Keep. Also there is "Please note that any communication from our recruiters and hiring managers at ParetoHealth about a job opportunity will only be made by a ParetoHealth employee with an @paretohealth.com address. ParetoHealth does not conduct text message or chat-based interviews. Any other email addresses, agencies, or forums may be phishing scams designed to obtain your personal information. We will not ask you to provide personal or financial information, including, but not limited to, your social security number, online account passwords, credit card numbers, passport information, and other related banking information until we begin onboarding activities, which will be coordinated by a member of the ParetoHealth People Ops Team with an @paretohealth.com email address." This is scam warning; remove. Also remove "Disclosures:" and EEO and California. Now construct HTML. Structure:

              About ParetoHealth

Then maybe we could keep values list separate? But we already included values in paragraph. Could also add a
for values. But we already mentioned them; maybe better to list them as
. However we must not duplicate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we list them in paragraph and also in list, that's duplication but still preserving detail; but could be considered redundant but not wrong. However we might want to avoid duplication but still preserve detail. Could keep paragraph without listing values, then add a separate

                  Our Values

                  with
. That would preserve detail and not duplicate? Actually we would be moving the values from paragraph to list; we would need to remove them from paragraph to avoid duplication. But we could keep them in paragraph and also list; that's duplication but still preserving detail. The instruction says do NOT invent or summarize away detail; duplication is not prohibited. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Duplication might be considered thin? Not sure. Safer to keep values in a separate list and adjust paragraph to not include the list. Let's rewrite paragraph to omit the explicit list of values, but keep mention that they have four core values. Then add a

                    Our Values

                    with list. Thus:
