About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with cancer and their caregivers. You will work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and employers to ensure seamless and supportive care experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support and guidance.
• Work with insurance companies to streamline claims processing and ensure timely coverage for treatments.
• Coordinate with employers to integrate our services into workplace wellness programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in oncology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare IT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working with patients and their families in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of oncology and cancer care management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
