About the Role

Snowflake is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Program Manager to focus on the day-to-day execution and operational support of our global talent programs. This role is essential to the smooth running of our Performance Excellence cycle, ensuring every phase is coordinated effectively and on schedule. You will handle logistics for performance review cycles, administrative coordination of talent and succession reviews, and delivery of employee listening surveys. Additionally, you will serve as the primary system administrator and program owner for our voice AI 360 platform, managing its scaling and cross-functional operational workflows. Ideal for someone who loves continuous improvement, excels at task management, and enjoys building for scale to ensure large-scale, global programs run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance Excellence: Lead day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle — track progress against key milestones, send timely communications and reminders to employees, managers, and global People Team partners, and ensure deadlines are met. Own Workday cycle logistics, including testing new launches, validating system configurations, and resolving user issues before each phase goes live. Equip employees and managers with clear resources (how-to guides, FAQs, instructional materials) throughout the process. Gather cycle feedback, track enhancement requests, and coordinate technology and process improvements across platforms.
  • Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys: Manage end-to-end coordination of Employee Voice Survey and pulse survey cycles — from distribution lists and completion tracking to targeted reminders and timely delivery of results to People Business Partners and stakeholders. Provide guidance to users on navigating and acting on results. Partner with the analytics team on data quality checks, anonymity thresholds, and dashboard updates. Maintain survey calendars, align listening program cadences, and track action item follow-through across cycles.
  • Voice AI 360 Platform Administration: Serve as the functional system administrator. Manage the admin dashboard, whitelisting coordination, participant/provider invitation tracking, and real-time completion monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as the primary operational liaison with Procurement and Finance to manage Statement of Work (SOW) legal reviews, purchase orders, budget allocations, and vendor invoicing for platform scaling.
  • Support Talent & Succession Logistics: Assist in the rollout of talent reviews and succession planning by organizing meeting materials, managing participant lists, and ensuring all data templates are updated and ready for use.
  • Maintain Program Documentation: Keep talent "playbooks" and internal resource pages up to date. Ensure instructional guides and FAQs reflect the current process for each cycle, including documentation for the 360 user experience.
  • System Task Management: Act as a functional user of talent systems, helping test new cycle launches and enhancements, and troubleshooting basic user issues.
  • Communication Support: Draft and distribute routine program updates and announcements. Create simple, visually clear "how-to" materials (using Google Slides or Canva) to assist employees in navigating talent tools.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Pull regular reports to track participation across all talent programs, identify gaps in completion, monitor anonymized Team Insights dashboards, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Operational Improvement: Provide feedback on the "user experience" of cycles, suggesting practical tweaks to the coordination process for greater efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
  • AI Native: Naturally incorporate AI tools into daily workflows and are curious about how emerging technology can make programs smarter and more efficient.
  • Proactive Learner: Desire to understand the "why" behind talent cycles while remaining focused on execution.
  • Execution-Minded: Enjoy working with checklists and project plans; motivated by seeing projects through to 100% completion.
  • Detail Obsessed: High bar for accuracy, especially regarding employee data, program timelines, and data anonymity boundaries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), navigating HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus), and quick adaptability to emerging HR tech platforms (e.g., Voice AI/conversational feedback tools).
  • Clear Communicator: Ability to write clear, concise instructions and communicate effectively with global employees, HR partners, and external vendor teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience interfacing with cross-functional corporate departments such as Procurement, Legal, and Finance for vendor onboarding, contract execution, and budget tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting survey platforms (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, AI-powered/custom apps).
  • Experience administering AI-driven talent development or conversational feedback platforms.
  • Experience in a high-growth or global corporate environment.
  • Ability to use Canva or similar tools for basic layout/design of instructional materials.
  • Workday HCM certification or equivalent platform training.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management credential.
