About the Role

Snowflake is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Program Manager to focus on the day-to-day execution and operational support of our global talent programs. This role is essential to the smooth running of our Performance Excellence cycle, ensuring that every phase of the process is coordinated effectively and on schedule. You will handle logistics for performance review cycles, talent and succession reviews, employee listening surveys, and serve as the primary system administrator for our voice AI 360 platform. This is ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, excels at task management, and enjoys building scalable processes to ensure large-scale, global programs run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance Excellence: Lead the day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle, tracking progress against key milestones, sending timely communications and reminders, and ensuring deadlines are met. Own Workday cycle logistics, including testing new launches, validating system configurations, and resolving user issues. Equip employees and managers with clear resources such as how-to guides, FAQs, and instructional materials.
  • Advance Program Evolution: Gather cycle feedback, track enhancement requests, and coordinate technology and process improvements across platforms.
  • Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys: Manage end-to-end coordination of Employee Voice Survey and pulse survey cycles, including distribution lists, completion tracking, reminders, and timely delivery of results. Partner with the analytics team on data quality checks, anonymity thresholds, and dashboard updates. Maintain survey calendars and track action item follow-through.
  • Voice AI 360 Platform Administration: Serve as the functional system administrator, managing the admin dashboard, whitelisting coordination, participant/provider invitation tracking, and real-time completion monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as the primary operational liaison with Procurement and Finance to manage SOW legal reviews, purchase orders, budget allocations, and vendor invoicing for platform scaling.
  • Support Talent & Succession Logistics: Assist in the rollout of talent reviews and succession planning by organizing meeting materials, managing participant lists, and ensuring data templates are updated.
  • Maintain Program Documentation: Keep talent "playbooks" and internal resource pages up to date, ensuring instructional guides and FAQs reflect current processes.
  • System Task Management: Test new cycle launches and enhancements, and troubleshoot basic user issues as a functional user of talent systems.
  • Communication Support: Draft and distribute routine program updates and announcements. Create simple, visually clear "how-to" materials using Google Slides or Canva.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Pull regular reports to track participation across talent programs, identify gaps, monitor anonymized Team Insights dashboards, and escalate issues.
  • Operational Improvement: Provide feedback on the "user experience" of cycles, suggesting practical tweaks to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
  • AI Native: Naturally incorporate AI tools into daily workflows and explore how emerging technology can enhance program efficiency.
  • Proactive Learner: Desire to understand the "why" behind talent cycles while focusing on execution.
  • Execution-Minded: Enjoy working with checklists and project plans, motivated by seeing projects through to completion.
  • Detail Obsessed: High bar for accuracy, especially regarding employee data, program timelines, and data anonymity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus), and adaptable to emerging HR tech platforms.
  • Clear Communicator: Ability to write concise instructions and communicate effectively with global employees, HR partners, and external vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Experience interfacing with Procurement, Legal, and Finance for vendor onboarding, contract execution, and budget tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting survey platforms (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, AI-powered/custom apps).

  • Experience in a high-growth or global corporate environment.
  • Ability to use Canva or similar tools for basic layout/design of instructional materials.
  • Workday HCM certification or equivalent platform training.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management credential.
