About the role
The Talent Management Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs to support AXA XL's business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design and manage succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop development plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee engagement surveys and analyze results
- Oversee talent acquisition processes and partner with recruiters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent management or HR
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices in talent management
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
