Talent Management Program Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs to support AXA XL's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Design and manage succession planning initiatives
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop development plans
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Manage employee engagement surveys and analyze results
• Oversee talent acquisition processes and partner with recruiters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent management or HR
• Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
