Talent Lead - Datacenter (General)
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for Fluidstack's Data Center organization. This role requires building and scaling a talent acquisition function across various business units, including data center operations, construction, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the annual delivery plan for the Data Center organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner directly with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators, providing clear direction and performance accountability.
- Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality, driving high offer-acceptance rates for hard-to-fill data center operations, controls, and infrastructure roles.
- Own the hiring metrics and recruiting infrastructure, such as ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration, to maintain a healthy funnel.
- Measure what matters (pipeline conversion, source quality, time-to-hire) and use data to manage performance and make informed decisions.
- Give clear, honest feedback and build trust by being transparent with your team.
Requirements
You must have built and run hiring for data center operations, construction, or infrastructure organizations in a hyper-growth environment, ramping headcount without dropping the bar. You should lead a team and set strategy but stay in the work, taking the hard searches and leading great execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in data center operations, construction, or infrastructure markets.
- Leadership in scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth.
- Immigration and global mobility coordination experience.
- Experience in employer brand building.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $170,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
