Responsible for managing various HR administrative duties, including the employment engagement portal, reward and recognition platform, hybrid management of summer interns, recruitment duties, and intranet administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communications and presentations skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases, data analysis and reporting
