Talent Development Manager
About the role
The Talent Development Manager will build and lead the organization’s talent development strategy, programs and infrastructure. This position will oversee the Workforce Academy function while developing scalable systems for employee development, leadership growth, succession planning, career mobility, learning and workforce capability. The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, program development, analytics, change management and cross‑functional leadership. The manager will lead talent development strategy, workforce development, leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, onboarding, training effectiveness and workforce capability initiatives for a growing manufacturing organization, working closely with HR, Operations, Safety and executive leadership to build scalable programs and processes that strengthen retention, workforce readiness, leadership capability and long‑term organizational growth.

- Establish and maintain a roadmap for learning and development initiatives
- Support onboarding and talent management strategy
