About the role

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) manager to lead their learning initiatives. This role will bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure that learning programs are effective, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and evolve a comprehensive suite of learning initiatives, ensuring they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and opportunities across the organization, using data and stakeholder input to inform priorities.
  • Facilitate sessions and coordinate with internal and external facilitators to maintain consistently high-quality delivery.
  • Track outcomes and ROI, and share regular insights with senior leadership to guide continued investment in learning.
  • Leverage LMS tools and virtual learning solutions to keep programs scalable and accessible.
  • Work closely with leaders across the business to keep talent development connected to what the organization needs most.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of L&D experience across the full lifecycle — strategy, design, delivery, and measurement.
  • Bachelor's in HR, Education, Business, or related field; master's in Organizational Development or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong instincts for instructional design, facilitation, and learning technology.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating business needs into learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and delivering learning programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and stakeholder input to inform learning initiatives.
  • Effective facilitation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of LMS tools and virtual learning platforms.
  • Understanding of organizational development principles and practices.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
