Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting process. This role is responsible for creating and managing job postings, generating offer letters, tracking background checks, maintaining recruiting data, and supporting candidate lifecycle activities. The Talent Coordinator also assists with early career recruiting initiatives, recruiting projects, and other talent-related programs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals. What You Will Do Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team across all stages of the recruiting processCreate, post, and maintain job postings across internal and external recruiting platformsGenerate offer letters and other candidate-related employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryTrack and monitor background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding milestones, following up as needed to ensure completionAssist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment processSupport early career recruiting initiatives, including internship programs, university partnerships, campus recruiting events, and workforce planning activitiesMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other talent systemsPrepare recruiting reports, metrics, and documentation to support talent acquisition objectives and hiring decisionsAssist with talent acquisition projects, process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other ad hoc assignments as neededHandle confidential candidate and employee information with the highest level of discretion and professionalismCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboardingPerform other duties as assigned to support Talent Acquisition and organizational goals. Responsibilities and priorities may evolve based on business needs What You Will Need To Be Successful Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred1-3 years of administrative, recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as TeamsExperience using Lever - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruiting technologies preferredStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamDemonstrated ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholdersInterest in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and early career talent programs Supervisory Responsibilities: None Special Requirements/Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal health or safety hazards. Noise level and temperature is moderate. Minimal lifting or climbing. This position is expected to be fully in-person, onsite. Requires operating office machines such as, but not limited to, computers, copiers, scanners, and phones. Works in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving contract requirements. Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic documents. Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders to support project execution. Reasoning Ability and/or Critical Thinking: Work situations require consideration and interpretation of circumstances or information to choose the most effective response. Solutions may be technical, yet relatively straightforward and well-defined once problems are understood.
