Responsibilities
- Identify emerging trends across YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms to inform market insights and strategy
- Source, evaluate, and pitch new talent and business opportunities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brand and agency partners
- Support deal execution, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partnerships
- Build and maintain reporting on the talent, brand, and agency landscape
- Track and surface inbound opportunities across all Night clients
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and the broader digital media ecosystem from both a business and consumer perspective
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn from top operators in the creator economy
- Flexible mindset—comfortable operating outside of a traditional 9-5 schedule
