Talent Coordinator
Typical Day
- Coordinating a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams
- Managing all pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screening, and new hire paperwork
- Scheduling and organizing interviews in partnership with key team members
- Serving as the connection between talent, onboarding, and culture teams to ensure a positive experience
- Keeping team documents and resources organized and up to date
- Preparing and maintaining hiring manager and applicant correspondence
- Performing additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned
What Might Be an Outstanding Fit
- 2+ years of human resources experience or a bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must have); Associate’s degree preferred
- Clear and professional communication in routine interactions, active listening, and ability to adapt messaging to support team collaboration
- Experience analyzing information, identifying routine challenges, and partnering with others to implement solutions
- Effective organization of work, balancing priorities, and managing time across assigned responsibilities
- Experience with Workday (preferred)
- Knowledge of labor markets, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies (preferred)
- Confidential handling of sensitive employee and candidate information and compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements
