About the Role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on elevators and escalators, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies to enhance customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (other languages may be required based on location).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
