Beacon Mobility is looking for a Mechanic to diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles, ensuring they remain safe and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Assess gas and diesel vehicles to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, brake systems, steering, suspension, and exhaust systems
- Communicate with drivers and clients to understand vehicle issues and explain needed repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and report safety or performance concerns
- Prepare repair quotes and work estimates as requested
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Keep shop equipment, tools, and work areas clean and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- One (1) year of mechanic experience
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
Pay
$25–$35 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Location
Near the Allenstown/Pembroke area.
