Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies to increase awareness of the Candidate Experience Awards.
• Grow participation among companies and sponsors for the annual CandEs.
• Manage media relations to secure coverage and highlight the importance of candidate experience.
• Support the expansion of the CandEs into new markets, such as the U.K.
• Collaborate with the Talent Board to promote benchmarking and data-driven improvements in candidate experience.
• Create content and campaigns to engage HR technology leaders, recruiters, and job candidates.
• Leverage industry expertise to position the CandEs as a leading authority on candidate experience best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in public relations, media relations, and content marketing, particularly within the HR technology or recruitment industries.
• Experience managing high-profile awards programs or industry recognition initiatives.
• Strong relationships with media outlets and influencers in the HR, recruitment, and technology sectors.
• Ability to drive engagement and participation among corporate sponsors and participants.
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition, candidate experience, and employer branding.
