About the Role

The Talent Associate supports and scales the organization’s recruiting efforts, with a focus on provider partnerships and clinical support teams. This role serves as a key recruiting partner to hiring managers, ensuring an efficient hiring process, strong candidate communication, and a high-quality talent pipeline. The position also provides opportunities to develop full-cycle recruiting expertise and contribute to evolving recruiting systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for provider and clinical support hiring managers, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate advancement for clinical and provider-facing positions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and day-of logistics.
  • Develop full-cycle recruiting skills with the opportunity to independently manage searches and support future recruiter hiring.
  • Assist in creating, improving, and implementing recruiting systems, templates, workflows, and processes as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
  • Healthcare, clinical, or startup recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively support and communicate with busy hiring managers.
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on timely candidate communication and accurate ATS data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Motivation to grow professionally and eventually contribute to recruiter hiring and team development.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience and identifying high-quality talent.
