Talent and Operations Manager - University Development Team
About the role
Clemson University's University Development Team is looking for a Talent & Operations Manager to fulfill the duties outlined below. Manages operational processes, procedures, logistics, and reporting for the University Development Team (UDT). The role provides support in the areas of team operations, budget tracking and fundraising reporting & analytics. It serves as the primary liaison for the football donor invitation processes, coordinating communications and operational logistics across internal partners. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining process documentation, supporting initiatives for UDT, generating analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve team fundraising efficiency and effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- 25% - Football Process & UDT Events Liaison: Serves As The Primary Liaison Between The University Development Team And Advancement Events, Ensuring Effective Communication And Execution Of The Football Donor Invitation Processes. Collaborates With Internal Partners, Including College And Unit Leaders And Events Team Members, To Coordinate Invitee Identification, Game Credentialing, Communications, Waitlist Management, And Gameday Logistics For Multiple Suites, While Supporting Continuous Improvement Of Operational Processes And The Donor Experience.
- 30% - Fundraising Reporting & Analysis: Owns the monthly reporting cycle for UDT's fundraising reports. Proactively generating and analyzing reports and tracking key performance metrics. This includes pipeline, opportunity
