Talent Activation Specialist
The Talent Activation Consulting (TAC) team provides support and consultation for clients related to ADP's suite of talent offerings. This team partners with and advises internal field HR Business Partners, Relationship Managers, and Sales in proactive activities with clients to drive their talent strategy and usage of talent tools and services. The Talent Activation team offers support and consulting across all three talent disciplines: talent acquisition, talent management, and talent activation.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class, high-value consulting for HRO clients, focusing on talent strategy and direction, with occasional tactical advising. Work complexity increases with client size and role level.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships by facilitating mutually beneficial internal and external partnerships. Collaborate with clients, team members, and field markets on complex initiatives and strategic challenges.
- Apply expertise and product knowledge to analyze and deliver the right solutions for clients, leveraging market trends.
- Act as a coach for junior associates, influencing tasks and deliverables without a direct reporting relationship. Provide input on associate performance and development, and assist with onboarding and upskilling new associates.
- Pursue a quality client experience by providing a high level of service and professional responses to client needs. Drive value to maximize growth and consumption of ADP talent products and solutions.
- Support innovation by contributing to division, region, and department programs. Provide product and process feedback, monitor key performance metrics, and evaluate tool enhancement opportunities. Participate in special projects, product launches, and regional initiatives related to talent tools and services.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders on best practices.
- Participate in region and department project teams as a regional representative, providing feedback, monitoring metrics, and evaluating tool enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in HR or a technology-related field.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of directly related experience.
- Direct experience in at least three talent disciplines (talent acquisition, talent management, talent activation).
- HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with HCM tools and technical systems; WFN experience is a plus.
