Talent Acquisition Supervisor, High Volume Recruitment

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Elara Caring, you will play a key role in developing an amazing team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare providers. You’ll contribute to our mission of delivering the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place—wherever our patients call home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team through the day-to-day workload and recruiting lifecycle.
• Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment projects and programs as needed.
• Share best recruiting practices with associates and team members.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the recruiting process and policy inquiries.
• Train and mentor talent acquisition specialists and coordinators.
• Lead a production role that delivers against hiring goals established by the TA manager and business needs.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
