Your profile
5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in-house at a startup or high-growth company
Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and a data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes
Deep understanding of technical roles and concepts (e.g. SDLC, infrastructure fundamentals), with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams
Proven track record of sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies
Strong focus on candidate experience, with an emphasis on clear communication, timely feedback, and long-term relationship building
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with ever-developing priorities and role definitions
Nice to have
Experience operating in globally distributed, remote-first environments
Experience selecting, managing, and optimizing agency partnerships
Mission
To support our growing team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build the team that is bringing AI infrastructure optimization to the next level. In this role, you’ll work across both technical and business hiring, diving into complex engineering roles while also supporting the growth of our operational and go-to-market teams for our US entity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and hiring teams across engineering, operations, and go-to-market to define requirements, source candidates, and close hires
- Go beyond LinkedIn by engaging with talent across GitHub, technical communities, and relevant professional networks
- Work closely with hiring managers to clearly define role expectations and required skill sets across both technical and business roles
- Stay aligned with headcount planning and product roadmap to anticipate future hiring needs
- Deliver a high-quality, transparent, and engaging recruitment process
- Use hiring insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and help us select the best tools to do so
- Market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies across tech and business functions
