Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates for entry-level, administrative, professional, and technical positions.
- Manage job postings across internal and external career sites, college placement boards, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring managers.
- Track applicant activity and maintain recruitment metrics within the RIVAL (ATS).
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and employee referral initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain weekly hiring and open position reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Train and support managers and end users on ATS best practices and system utilization.
- Create, customize, and generate reports to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, security, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, internal career pages, and employment websites.
- Assist with reference checks, background checks, assessments, and new hire orientation activities.
- Update HR content on the company intranet and employment platforms.
- Manage the Employee Referral Program and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting and sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of high-volume recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee lifecycle processes.
- 1–3 years of experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Silkroad/RIVAL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and report on data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting HR systems and reporting functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to develop procedures and documentation in a clear and logical manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The recruiting base for this FULL-TIME position is $65,000–$85,000/year plus annual company bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.
