Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, hiring challenges, and market insights.
  • Source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screens and interviews candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitates the interview process.
  • Covers interview scheduling and ensures timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Gathers interview feedback and communicates next steps to candidates.
  • Maintains accurate candidate records in the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintains confidentiality of candidate information, compensation data, background checks, and other sensitive information.
  • Supports hiring needs outside of standard business hours as business demands require.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, preferably within manufacturing, retail, distribution, or similar industries.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment compliance, and high-volume hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
