Responsibilities
- scheduling onboarding processes
- conducting health screens
- maintaining a safe and clean workspace
- preparing new hire packets
- providing exceptional communication
Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- occasional travel (job fairs, site visits, training, etc.)
- comfortable conducting health screens and following HIPPA guidelines
- comfortable working with medical PPE and maintaining a sterile environment
- knowledge of employment laws/compliance and regulations related to onboarding and employee documentation
- prior experience in fields such as: Healthcare, Public Services, Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Construction
- PHR or SHRM-CPC
- ability to meet deadlines and expectations under high pressure situations
