Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
  • Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A candidate-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
