Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and hiring goals.
- Source qualified candidates through applicant databases, job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Communicate with prospective candidates by phone, email, video conference, and in person.
- Review résumés and conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create accurate and compelling job descriptions and employment advertisements.
- Apply behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct reference checks and review relevant professional sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Prepare and communicate competitive employment offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, pipeline movement, and other performance indicators.
- Provide candidates and hiring managers with consistent communication and a professional, responsive recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of corporate, agency, high-volume, or executive recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and a high volume of candidate activity.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media recruiting tools.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using direct outreach, cold calling, and warm calling methods.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to track recruiting metrics, analyze data, and use information to improve recruiting strategies.
- Professional and courteous demeanor in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Able to perform under pressure and prioritize effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and integrity.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
