Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive recruiting efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels throughout all True Production facilities.
  • Post positions on external job boards.
  • Navigate and utilize an Applicant Tracking System to review and disposition candidates.
  • Schedule and engage candidates through telephone and onsite interviews.
  • Conduct telephone and on-site interviews; prepare and present offers.
  • Process and maintain paperwork to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, communications, psychology, business management or related field, preferred.
  • Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification(s) preferred.
  • A broad understanding of manufacturing preferred.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • To exhibit positive and professional behavior.

Company Information

This is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.

Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.

Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.

The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
