Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Cook up interviews, background checks, and other hiring logistics
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
- 2–4 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a high volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
