About the role
Top Stack is working with a client that is seeking a fully remote Recruiter for a 6 month contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Support TA staff with recruitment support in high-volume areas, mainly for hourly positions.
- Source candidates, including reaching out to warm candidates identified through the ATS and other external resources.
- Screen applicants timely, and conduct virtual/telephone interviews with qualified candidates for hiring consideration.
- Schedule candidates with hiring and human resources.
Qualifications
- Must demonstrate the ability to work positively and responsively with all.
- Must have strong customer relationship and interpersonal communication skills.
- PC Skills (knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess good organizational skills.
