Responsibilities
- Create and post job descriptions for various healthcare positions (nurses, medical & non-medical staff, and administrative roles, as directed).
- Utilize sourcing strategies (events, job boards, networking, and social media) to attract and qualify top talent based on metrics provided.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources.
- Create and manage a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Meet or exceed weekly recruiting activity metrics established by the People Operations Manager, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and hiring metrics.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers for decision-making.
- Present employment offers, discuss compensation within established pay ranges, answer candidate questions, and coordinate mutually agreed-upon start dates.
- Ensure the submission and completion of necessary onboarding paperwork, including I-9, W-4, state and federal tax forms, and any other documents including background checks (criminal history lookup, fingerprinting, and drug screening, if applicable).
- Coordinate new hire TB blood draw or obtain negative TB test with Questionnaire prior to orientation training and any other healthcare-related medical tests as required by MN Section 144G.
- Report new hires to the appropriate government agencies (e.g., E-Verify, Department of Health).
- Maintain accurate records of all new hire pre-employment and training paperwork electronically (and physical paperwork, if applicable) to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Maintain secure, organized employee files for new hires, including all legal, compliance, and new hire training documentation as required under MN Section 144G and HIPAA.
- Assist with the retention and destruction of employee records per state and federal legal and organizational guidelines.
- Regularly report on key recruitment metrics (candidate pipeline, scheduled interviews, offers, etc.).
- Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand the scope of your role and ability to shift priorities as necessary or directed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes preferred.
- Analytic and metrics-driven.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and documentation (I-9, W-4, TB, background checks, fingerprinting, etc.).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and MN Statute 144G healthcare regulations and employment laws is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.

Schedule
Work in an office environment 5 days per week between office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional travel for recruiting events or job fairs may be required.
