Work Provided
- Provide a seamless and exceptional hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates
- Participate in activities including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies
- Build and maintain our employment brand through networking, social media, community and school outreach
- Maintain accountability for key recruitment metrics
- Interface with BAE Systems SMS management and employees
- Ensure adherence to established hiring processes and procedures
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company
- Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: 1-2 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions, such as Technicians, Machinists, Production Planners and Manufacturing Engineers
- Experience with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with emerging talent hiring and outreach
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.08 - $31.08/hr.
